Introduction

Welcome to Boutiqueeisuper ("we," "our," or "us"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our website, services, classes, workshops, and membership options offered by Boutiqueeisuper, a yoga center located in Bergen, Norway.

By accessing our website, booking classes, purchasing memberships, or using any of our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of these Terms, please do not use our services.

General Eligibility

Our services are intended for users who are at least 16 years of age. By using our services, you represent and warrant that:

• You are at least 16 years old (or are accompanied by a parent or legal guardian)
• You have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement with us
• You will comply with these Terms and all applicable local, state, national, and international laws, rules, and regulations

If you are under 16, you may use our services only with the involvement and consent of a parent or legal guardian.

Registration and Account

To access certain features of our services, you may need to create an account. When you register, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information
• Maintain and promptly update your information
• Keep your account credentials confidential
• Be responsible for all activities that occur under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if any information provided is inaccurate, false, or no longer current.

Class Bookings and Attendance

Booking Classes

You can book classes through our website, mobile app, by phone, or in person at our reception desk. We recommend booking in advance to secure your spot, especially for popular classes. Booking opens 7 days in advance for drop-in clients and 14 days in advance for members.

Waitlist Policy

If a class is full, you can join the waitlist. If a spot becomes available, you will be automatically enrolled in the class and notified via email. It is your responsibility to check your enrollment status.

Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your booking up to 4 hours before the class starts without penalty. Cancellations made less than 4 hours before class or no-shows will result in:

• For package holders: The class will be deducted from your package
• For monthly unlimited members: A no-show fee of 50 kr may be applied after three no-shows in a month
• For pre-paid drop-ins: No refund will be issued

We understand that emergencies happen. In case of illness or emergency, please contact us as soon as possible, and we will consider waiving the cancellation fee on a case-by-case basis.

Arrival Time

Please arrive at least 10 minutes before your scheduled class. For your safety and to avoid disrupting the class, we do not permit entry more than 5 minutes after the class has started. No refunds or credits will be issued for late arrivals.

Memberships and Packages

Membership Options

We offer various membership options, including monthly unlimited, class packages, and drop-in rates. Current pricing is available on our website and at our reception desk. We reserve the right to modify our pricing and membership options at any time.

Monthly Memberships

Monthly memberships are paid via automatic recurring payments and continue until canceled. To cancel, you must provide written notice at least 14 days before your next billing date. No refunds are provided for partial months.

Class Packages

Class packages expire within the specified time frame from the date of purchase (typically 3 months for 10-class packs). Unused classes cannot be refunded or extended except in special circumstances at our discretion.

Freezing Memberships

Monthly unlimited memberships can be frozen for a minimum of 14 days and a maximum of 3 months per calendar year due to illness, injury, pregnancy, or travel. A freeze request must be submitted in writing before the freeze period begins, and a small administrative fee may apply.

Payments and Refunds

Payment Methods

We accept credit/debit cards, bank transfers, and cash (in-studio only). All payments must be made in Norwegian Krone (NOK).

Refund Policy

All sales are final. However, we consider refunds in the following circumstances:

• Medical Reasons: If you are unable to attend classes due to medical reasons (with a doctor's note), we will provide a prorated refund or credit for unused portions of your membership or package.
• Relocation: If you are moving more than 50 km away from our studio (with proof of new address), we will provide a prorated refund for the unused portion of your membership.
• Workshop Cancellation: If we cancel a workshop or event, you will receive a full refund or credit for a future workshop.

Refund requests must be submitted in writing and will be processed within 14 business days.

Studio Rules and Etiquette

To create a harmonious and respectful environment for all, we ask you to observe the following guidelines:

• Arrive at least 10 minutes before class and turn off mobile phones
• Remove shoes before entering the yoga room
• Practice good personal hygiene and avoid strong perfumes or scents
• Clean and return all props to their designated places after use
• Respect the practice space, fellow students, and instructors
• Inform the instructor of any injuries, health concerns, or pregnancies
• Do not leave during Savasana (final relaxation) except in emergencies
• Speak quietly in the reception and changing areas

Health and Safety

Health Declarations

By participating in our classes, you acknowledge that:

• You have no known medical conditions that would prevent you from safely participating in yoga classes
• You will inform the instructor of any injuries, health concerns, or pregnancies before class
• You understand that yoga involves physical exertion and accept the inherent risks
• You will practice at your own pace and respect your body's limitations

If you have any health concerns, please consult your healthcare provider before participating in our classes.

Pregnancy

If you are pregnant, please inform your instructor before class. We recommend our specialized prenatal yoga classes for pregnant students, especially during the first trimester.

COVID-19 and Illness

To protect our community, please do not attend classes if you:

• Have tested positive for COVID-19 in the past 7 days
• Have symptoms of COVID-19 or other contagious illnesses
• Have been in close contact with someone who has tested positive for COVID-19 in the past 5 days

We will waive cancellation fees for illness-related cancellations.

Liability and Waivers

Waiver of Liability

By using our services, you agree to waive any claims against Boutiqueeisuper, its owners, employees, and contractors for any injury, loss, or damage arising from participation in our classes, workshops, or events, except in cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct.

Personal Property

We are not responsible for any loss, theft, or damage to personal property brought into our studio. Please keep valuable items at home or use our lockers, which are available on a first-come, first-served basis.

Photography and Recordings

Photography, video, or audio recording during classes is strictly prohibited without prior written consent from Boutiqueeisuper and all participants. We occasionally take photos or videos during special events for promotional purposes. If you do not wish to be photographed, please inform us in writing.

Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Boutiqueeisuper or its content suppliers and is protected by Norwegian and international copyright laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or use any content from our website without our prior written consent.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. When we make changes, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of these Terms and post the modified Terms on our website.

Your continued use of our services after the posting of modified Terms constitutes your agreement to the changes. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Norway, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bergen, Norway.
